My most recent cosplay endeavor was Gotham’s own Ginger Kate, Kate Kane: Batwoman! This is a cosplay I had been wanting to do for quite a long time but never really had the confidence to go for it! Then, a good friend of mine, Meshell, knew exactly what to say to give me that confidence.
I had originally intended to debut this one at MegaCon Orlando 2020 but then the world was overtaken by a deadly pandemic so…
Lucky for me, a new friend and amazing photographer, Jim Gallegos, offered to do a safe, socially distanced, photoshoot with me to show-off my creation and these beautiful images are the result. I absolutely love Jim’s use of red and blue light to create some really interesting shadow effects and I’m so excited to share these photos.
