Mashed Brussels Sprouts

I tried one of those Facebook newsfeed recipes for cheesy mashed Brussels sprouts and although mine came out a little extra crispy, they were pretty delicious. They’d be perfect for the Thanksgiving Day table!

I followed the original video’s recipe and they ended up a little too well done; maybe, try baking for about 15 minutes, instead of 25, and see how they’re doing. (You can always bake longer if you’d like)

If you decide to use fresh Brussels sprouts instead of steam-in-bag ones, boil for about 10 minutes.

Here’s what you’ll need:

  • Brussels sprouts
  • Olive oil
  • Garlic (minced)
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Mozzarella cheese
  • Parmesan cheese
